I ordered some plants and 1 kuhli loach, they all are really good and healthy except :

- Fontinalis Topiary ( http://www.livefish.com.au/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_94&products_id=2018)
isnt look exactly like in the image, i though it was pure rock that you put on bottom but this actually floating (also small size, i was thinking about 10 cm, <!-- s

--> ). But the quality is really good and healthy.

isnt healthy and the leafs are damaged, 3 leafs are brown (dead) so only around 4 leafs left, those are also a bit brownish (half dead). Hope it would survive.

But anyway i would say thanks to Livefish!!

Hi I have had quite a few livefish orders. Have had mixed sucess with the health of my fish but has mainly been a problem with AAE. Now we have etsblished the correct route to send my fish all is well. Thanks Live fish.

Also want to say how impressed I am with my female guppies I recieve. Who said anything about female guppies being boring and drab.A couple of the ones I recieved yesterday are incredible. One especially is a beautiful bright yellow with an amazing red tail. I got these to set up a tank for someone else and no way are they leaving my home..lol. Jen

wewe78 just wanted to say with the Aponogeton Crispus it is extremely fast growing and will be beautiful and green and many leaves in no time if the conditions are right.Mine have all flowered as well .I only had them for 3 months.I love this plant as it is one of my best growers. Jen

Just a quick thank you to livefish for a successful first order:) Only one of my sucker fish looked dead but I managed to bring him back to good health with a little TLC otherwise all clown loaches and other suckers were fine and are merrily cruising around my tank doing their best to fit into the pecking order. I hadn't ordered from livefish for a long time but I thought I would do a "test run" order with just live blackworm and fish food. No probs with the order and it arrived to my gate via courier.

I got to chat with my courier "Send with us" who is based not that far from Lowood and they do daily runs to the airport and out to Lowood. Whoopee! I can order fish again. <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/dancingdog.gif" alt=":dance2:" title="dance2" />

My order mostly arrived yesterday... I knew it was coming without one item, and they say it'll ship as soon as possible.
So now I have a tank with some lovely greenery, which would not be possible without LiveFish.

Got my neons and glass shrimp today <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/WoohooSmiley.gif" alt=":dance4:" title="dance4" />
Had a heat pack, though everything felt a bit cold still. Took them home at lunch to start aclimatizing them... Had to turn the drips off to come back to work, but they're in a heated room now instead of a cold shop.

One dead neon out of ten... Not worth complaining about (99c).
Not sure on the glass shrimp. They all seem alive, but in their confined space they cold be bumping dead ones around and making them appear alive... <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/hysterical.gif" alt=":laugh4:" title="laugh4" />
And if there's 2 or 3 dead, again it's not really worth my time complaining at 99c each.

Hi There, Just wanted to post about an order I placed this week. I recieved a gift certificate last week for some fish that were not in stock for another order.

Sunday Morning: placed order with certificate plus a couple more items.( Sunday 12th July) <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" />
Sunday evening:recieved confirmation of order.
Tuesday Midday: received shipping notification but 2 of the fish I wanted were out of stock.I replied to email asking for a gift certificate for a later date so I can order again
Tuesday afternoon 5pm: Gift certificate recieved for my fish not available.

Very impressed with this and live fish deserve a big congrats for upgrading their communication Well Done.

Will update when my fish arrive.Usually early Wed evening when I order.Its usually about 28 hours. Take care Jen

Well an update on my order

Last night I sent a query about the availability or a couple of things.This afternoon I got a reply to that email.Very helpful reply as well.

Early this evening I went and picked up my order from the airport and all 16 fish were alive and well and swimming around healthy as can be.

2 Neon Blue Guppies
2 Green snakeskin endlers.
6 Longfin Serpae Tetras
4 Bloodfin Tetras
2 Tiger Barbs.

Hi everyone ,sounds like i got my order same day as yours.
Fish were at the front door at 8 this morning,out of my order of guppies,
rainbows,tetras,angels,corys and cherry shrimp i only had 1 doa incicus r/b and a few shrimp.

This is my second order through livefish and i couldn't be happier with both the quality of
fish and plants,and their communication has been excellent as well.As soon as this lot settle

Despite all the negative comments I've seen on this forum, I had a very good order only like 2 doa shrimps..that's not an issue though (I also got a couple of bonus guppy's lol)
Can't say about customer service, cos I don't need it <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /> but I can say it's understandable... because I'm guessing they don't have all that many staff, but have a very large customer base??

Seems to be how they do things... All of my orders have had extras in the low cost stuff, both in plants and fish. I've had a few DOA, but none worth arguing about, especially with the extras in other bags.

Well, I've just recently received my 2nd consignment of fish from Livefish - the 1st one must've been 18mths ago!

4 of the fish weren't in stock, I had 6 doas, however, I was more than happy with the timeliness of correspondence with Livefish.

The remainder of the fish are all healthy and doing well.

I think perhaps people that have had bad experiences should be a little more patient.

My fish arrived today; unfortunately there was no stock left on the "coral blue female dwarf gourami", 1 harlequin rasbora was dead (and missing its whole tail), and 2 glass shrimp were dead. But i expected some shrimp to die (& livefish added an extra shrimp anyway).

Overall im happy with My Order; i recieved 3 zebra danios, 2 serpae tetra- long fin, 2 sparkling gourami, 1 LIVING harlequin rasbora, 9 Living glass shrimp (out of 11).
