Problem with feeders?

Hey guys,
Has there been a problem with Feeder fish?
Usually I get a 50pk each month or 2. I received my last pack about 4ish weeks ago now but have only found where to post this <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) --> I have tried to contact Livefish but my email keeps bouncing back.
ALL of my feeders went belly up within a week & a half of being put in the tank. There is no reason for this in the tank as they were added with others who are still alive & kicking. The parameters of the tank are also fine (some of the older feeders are starting to breed. Platy's from what I can tell)

AM 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0
Our "feeders" tank is heated and filtered with a UV light as i store my excess VAL in there too..
I have never had a problem with them before!
What do i do??? Order #520022

do you know what the feeder fish are? The pH might have been too high if you did not aclimatise them for long enough

They are the standard 50pk from livefish.
They sit open bagged for an hour with me dipping new water into the bag every 10 mins until the water has doubled in size. The exact same thing i have done for all of my feeders. As i said i have never had this problem before <!-- s:( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" title="Sad" /><!-- s:( --> -
I don't know why the email is coming back to you, check the address, [email protected]
..but seeing it was after acclimatisation that they perished, I don't think you will get much joy..Ya never know tho..Ya can only try..Good Luck.
