Damn..That is bad luck..& would give a bad impression, But it does happen.
Take a photo of the DOA in the bag and send in email to Allina @ Livefish
She will give you an option of replacements or refund you ;;)
Alternatively, Post on Livefish's facebook page..
You are more likely to get a faster response.

Oh that suks, I got my order today all my babies are happily swimming around the tank now. I have lost fish before but it's never been the whole lot, only one or two. And they were big orders. Bad luck I'm guessing.
