Frayk, Have a look on the Aquarium Life forum, they have an excellent DIY section on foam backgrounds and how to do them. I was thinking of trying myself, good luck.

Cheers errol,will get back to you on this,but one thing im pretty sure on is the vids on this subject from os use a different type of styro foam.

Nar their from here in Aust, the foam is the same used for packing.
