To add photos to posts
You need to copy the HTML code from the storage site you use, ie Photobucket/Flickr/etc.
The code starts with <a href="http:
After copying you then paste to your post
if you want to check it is visible, you use the preview and if the pic pops up, It's done, then you post comment & you're done

thanx moo .... theres a small photo link in" leave a comment"..... do you click on that... it then it comes up as undefined..... whats an example of what you would type say if the file name was fish tank 001that you wanted to post after you have clicked on the small photo link ...... sorry if ive confused you..... I think I need a step by step example....LOL

Ok, what storage facility do you use to host your pics?, I use photobucket so I open the pic I want, on the right hand side of the screen there are a few links, you click the HTML link and paste it to your post, I hope that makes sense.
Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes & dreams. -
afternoon heintz.g....... I just store my pictures with what came with the computer ie documents pictures music....... do I need to upload photobucket of the net.... then store some photos on it and try again......?????? I will give it a go ....... .

It's your choice which one there are several available ...

Click 'enter' after you paste one html code, You'll get the pic on the next line so they show under each other "I'm a Doug Addict" -

re the Pbucket problems people are having,
There are four choices of code on the right of whatever photo you choose to upload..
You take the HTML code, It's the third in the list of 4 located to the right of the photo.. copy that link, usually you only have to click it, Then you click the link icon above your post text box(delete the text already there).. add your copied code into the box and submit, your code should be placed into your post, then you preview it, this should show the post as it will show to others, then click 'Post Comment'..

sorry, still with old technology here if your pics are stored online just copy a direct link to the pic and add in here using the icon buttons above, the photo frame for an image the link for, you guessed it,. a link to your photo

yep, pic, movies, emoticons - are hard work and add so much to a forum. but the more complex it gets the more maintenance and support and moderators needed.
