I was just about to fall asleep in front of the telly, you know how it is, (when your young and active), when my daughter says, mum wake up, look what's on T.V. Low and behold there was an advert for Livefish.com.au on the telly. True story.

No sorry, TallTree01 it was different, it was more like a full on proper ad, showing the home page of the website.

If only they would answer their emails and facebook.Unless you give better customer service don't waste money on ads. They need to follow the example of this forum and give feedback etc, it is the best. ~O)

Sorry to hear your bad experience lyrobbo, I don't have much to do with customer service - but I was just looking through the facebook feed today and thinking what an amazing job Allina does. She deals with a pretty massive amount of enquiries and always seems happy too. I would agree, the forum members here are pretty AWESOME! especially the ones with 4 and 5-year badges
