Floating Plants

Ok I'm interested in floating plants especially Amazon Frogbit, can it thrive in a tank with a lot of surface movement or does it need to be slow moving, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have it in the pond, it grows large out there, but in tanks it stunts it a tad
kinda good tho
