Hi all. Just lately ive noticed black back drops in a few tanks. Some are blue, others are a scenery, some are 3D
Which do you think brings out the colors in the fish and plants, best. Any ideas would be great thanks

Hi Steve,
Personally I prefer to paint the back of the tank black, it seems to give more depth when looking from the front, like so.
This tank is only 18" wide.
Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes & dreams. -
You are right i think, your tank looks great. Black it is.

Awww... You people are no fun... No "awesome" 70's style print of some underwater plants or rocks or something? I'm pretty sure some fish shops would still have some in stock.
