Now I am probably going to spark an aurguement but anyway... Do you think hybrid fish should be culled? Personally, I think they should not be culled, but they shouldn't be in any way shape or from breed or sold as normal fish. I do understand certain fish have to be culled as they cannot function properly and die a slow, horrible death. Any fish that are not they above should be killed as they are perfectly normal fish that should be allowed to be normal fish... That's my rant over, What's your opinion?

Honestly I'm totally against hybrids, not particularly because of the inhumane side of things but more for preserving type localities. I like rainbows, obviously, and it really annoys me seeing hybrids, even between different localities of a single species. This destroys the genetic heritage of the fish in question and leads to impossible questions as to parentage in the future.

What Rainbows said is 100% spot on.

my opinion is, we should not fiddle with a species to make a new one, that is evolution's job not mine
