So most of the tanks are moved to the new place, I am only running the bare essentials, as I really don't want to have to move too many established tanks once the shed is built (its ordered, but may not be finished to at least FEB)
My planted tank is staying in the entertainment room (thankfully lol) so it has been fully scaped now

Good stuff, tank looks awesome, as usual

Tank looks good and you know the old saying patience is a virtue LolSometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes & dreams.

Thanks guys
Heinz - I am familiar with the saying, but patient I am not lol
Sooooo so updates.
6ft planted - it seems the 2 angels in the top middle of the pic above have become a pair and spawned! I cannot believe the eggs are still there, considering it is a community tank and the parents often leave the eggs unsupervised. The eggs are however right in the path of the outlet of the filter, so Mum and Dad really have no need to fan them lol. Having said that when the eggs become free swimming I dont believe they will last long at all. Once I have the shed I am thinking I may move this pair to their own tank, the male is absolutely gorgeous and I would love to see what fry they produce.
Severum tank - My gold severum male now has a tankmate, a green sev. Now I took a gamble on what I believed, that it was a female. I am starting to think I was correct. Last night I noticed what appears to be breeding behaviour and the sheer fact Severus hasn't beat the living snot out of this severum tankmate lol
New additions - Yep I bought a gold severum breeding pair, which I am hoping to pick up tomorrow, I just need to work out where the devil I am putting them lol I'll work something out I am sure lol
Guppy tank - With some new additions to the guppy colony I have babies imminent, which is normal for guppies lol. Cant wait to see what colours appear -
Hi Alasse,
I started out with four Severus which turned out to be two pair, 6' tank was nowhere near big enough and I ended up with some severely beaten up fish. I still have one but he has only one good eye and has never fully recovered. They are also heavy on ANY. Vegetation you might want to use.
Looking forward to more pics though.
Cheers, -
The 2 pair of sevs will be kept in separate 4ft tanks. The gold/green pair are in a planted tank, they aren't too bad with the plants, only really moving them around
-
OMG you have to move them all again to a shed
I'd be a wreak lol as usual, you have a knack for aquascaping
