Red tail shark in 34 gallon tank

About a week ago a friends dad bought a fish for his 21 litre tank, turns out he didn’t do his research and it’s a red tail shark I’m wondering if this fish would be alright in a 34 gallon tank with a bristlenose and some penguin and neon tetras it has a piece of spider wood and a few caves for it to hind and will be planted.Since I gave him some other stuff to help out with his tanks he owes me a favour.
